Recognition for activism at Middle School

In 2013,  the committee  inaugurated a new award in its ongoing effort to promote social and racial justice.  An award will be made each year to one middle school student from JFK Middle School, Northampton recognizing their work for social justice, and racial and gender equality.   This award will help recognize activities that the committee has supported at local high schools  for 9 years.
